Expenses
MPs claim expenses for secretarial staff, postage and office costs, travel and overnight accommodation in London. Claims must satisfy House of Commons rules and each claim is verified by the House authorities.
Over the past seven years Michael’s total expenses have consistently been in the lowest 25 per cent of all MPs.

Independent non-executive director of Tullett Prebon Plc since 2004; inter-dealer broking; (address: Tower 42, Level 37, 25 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1HQ). I attend 5-6 Board meetings a year, and other meetings as required. I will continue to hold this directorship if elected, provided it does not conflict with any parliamentary commitment.
Independent non-executive director of Attendo AB since 2008; Scandinavian social and health care provider; (address: Attendo AB, Vendevagen 85B, 18291 Danderyd, Sweden). I attend 5 board meetings a year. I will continue to hold this directorship if elected, provided it does not conflict with any parliamentary commitment.
I do not intend to take on any additional directorships, if elected.
